Provisional License

You must be in possesion of a signed provisional license. Application forms may be obtained from the Post Office or online. Apply Online

Eyesight

You must be able to read a new style number plate at 20 meters or old style at 20.5 meters.

  • Theory: Multiple choice questions pass mark: 43/50

Safety Questions

Practical Test

35 – 40 minute drive where you will complete 1 reversing manoeuvers out of:

  • Left reverse
  • Turn in the road
  • Bay park
  • Parallel park
  • And possibly a controlled stop
  • Complete a 10 minute Independant drive
  • To pass you can have up to 15 minor driving faults
  • Your Instructor may accompany you on test
